Carolyn’s practice includes commercial and tort litigation. She has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including real estate development, mortgage services, construction, legal services, automotive dealerships, and news media, among others. In addition, Carolyn has handled personal injury or wrongful death claims arising from negligence, defective products, medical malpractice, and premises liability. She has recently participated in jury trials involving breach of fiduciary duty in a closely held corporation, and wrongful death claims arising from a commercial tractor-trailer collision.
During law school, she received numerous CALI and Outstanding Achievement Awards. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable William A. Thorne of the Utah Court of Appeals.
