In business litigation, Ms. LeDuc has represented plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, non-competition and non-solicitation, intellectual property, and legal malpractice. Ms. LeDuc’s business and commercial clients have come from a broad range of industries, such as commercial construction, real estate development, oil and gas mining, mortgage lending, law, metals manufacturing, telecommunications, industrial materials development, mass transportation, automotive dealerships, and news media.

  • Real property contract dispute concerning distribution rights from joint venture to develop 1,750 acres of land constituting former site of Geneva Steel (now Vineyard, Utah) 
  • Commercial contract dispute between magnesium vendor and titanium producer, concerning alleged “economic force majeure”
  • CC&R contract dispute involving development of large commercial property in Draper, Utah
  • Commercial contract dispute between producer and distributor of graphene
  • Breach of fiduciary duty dispute involving broker for sale of existing business
  • Contract dispute and alleged breach of fiduciary duty among shareholders in major Salt Lake City law firm
  • Employment contract dispute between former executive and Utah Transit Authority
  • Antitrust suit involving joint venture between Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News

In catastrophic injury suits, Ms. LeDuc has represented victims of car and truck collisions, construction accidents, electrocution, drowning, a variety of surgical injuries, and complex birth injuries.

  • Wrongful death suit involving tip-over of construction crane
  • Wrongful death suit involving semi-truck collision
  • Medical malpractice suit involving overmedication leading to quadriplegia
