Beau is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex commercial, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and has successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit and California Court of Appeal.

In 2018, Beau received the Trial Lawyer of the Year award from the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been recognized as one of Utah’s Legal Elite and has been regularly selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. He serves on the Advisory Committee on the Local Rules of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Utah and he is a member of the David K. Watkiss – Sutherland II Inn of Court.

Prior to joining Burbidge | Mitchell, Beau was a named partner at a prestigious San Francisco law firm. He also served on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and the AIDS Legal Referral Panel, a non-profit providing free and low-cost legal services to people with HIV/AIDS.
